Every mythology needs a beginning.
PROLOGUE gathers the works through which the PORNOBUNNY universe first began to define itself: bodies caught in movement, performance, vulnerability, bravado and desire.
Before becoming a system of collections, the project grew through individual figures. Athletes, dancers, men in uniform, lovers and Bunnies appeared one after another, each introducing a gesture, an attitude or a tension that would later become part of a larger visual language.
The body is already central. It performs, exposes itself, takes risks and occupies space. The Bunny enters this world not simply as a mask, but as a device capable of changing the way a body is read.
Looking back, these works operate like fragments of an origin story. They contain the first signs of themes that PORNOBUNNY continues to explore: visibility, masculinity, desire, identity, play and the freedom to become something other than what is expected.
PROLOGUE is not the past of PORNOBUNNY. It is the moment in which its language became possible.
