These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the PORNOBUNNY by TOTOCOP website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Website Purpose
The website presents artworks, collections, exhibitions, editorial material and information relating to the artistic practice of PORNOBUNNY. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the website currently operates on an enquiry-first basis rather than completing an artwork purchase solely by submitting an enquiry.
3. Artwork Information
Reasonable efforts are made to describe and reproduce artworks accurately. Colours and visual appearance may vary depending on screens, photography and lighting. Dimensions, materials, edition information, availability and other details are provided on the relevant artwork page or confirmed during the acquisition process.
4. Availability and Enquiries
Displaying an artwork does not necessarily guarantee immediate availability.
Some artworks may be physically available, while others may be made to order or form part of a limited edition.
Submitting an enquiry does not itself constitute a purchase, acceptance of an offer, or an obligation on either party to buy or sell an artwork. Relevant commercial terms will be confirmed before an acquisition is finalised.
5. Limited Editions and Authenticity
Where an artwork is produced as a limited edition, the applicable edition information will be stated or confirmed as part of the artwork documentation. Where applicable, an artwork is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity identifying the work and edition.
6. Made-to-Order Artworks
Certain artworks may be produced following confirmation of an acquisition. Any stated production period is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise and may be affected by production requirements or circumstances outside the artist's reasonable control.
7. Prices, Shipping, Taxes and Duties
Unless expressly stated otherwise, artwork prices do not automatically include shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes or similar destination charges. Applicable costs and arrangements should be confirmed before an acquisition is finalised.
International buyers may be responsible for destination-country import duties and taxes unless otherwise agreed.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
If direct online checkout or distance-selling functionality is introduced, these Terms must be reviewed and updated to reflect the actual sales process and any applicable pre-contract information, withdrawal, delivery and guarantee requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, artworks, photographs, texts, graphics, logos, designs and other original content on the website are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Acquiring an original artwork or edition does not transfer copyright, reproduction, adaptation, merchandising or other intellectual-property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Journal and Editorial Content
The PORNOBUNNY Journal may contain interviews, commentary, artistic narratives, fictional material and stories based on external sources. Where external sources are used, reasonable efforts will be made to provide appropriate attribution. Views expressed by interviewees or contributors are their own unless otherwise stated.
11. External Links
The website may link to galleries, publications, social-media platforms and other third-party websites. PORNOBUNNY is not responsible for the availability, content, terms or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
12. Adult and Explicit Artistic Content
PORNOBUNNY explores the body, nudity, sexuality, desire, queer identity and other themes that some viewers may consider explicit. Certain artworks may depict nudity, genitalia, erections or sexual themes. Such material is presented in an artistic and cultural context.
Where an age-access notice or age gate is displayed, visitors are responsible for complying with age restrictions applicable in their jurisdiction. A simple age declaration should not be interpreted as a guarantee that it satisfies every jurisdiction's legal age-verification requirements.
13. Website Availability and Accuracy
