Nadav was nineteen when he arrived in Tel Aviv with everything he owned in a backpack and the fear that turning back might be easier than knocking on an unfamiliar door.
The door opened onto people who had been strangers only hours before. Nobody asked him to explain himself. A meal became belonging; belonging became family.
Years later, when others arrived carrying the same fear, Nadav became the person who opened the door for them.
Metamorphosis begins when you find the courage to walk through a new door.
The magenta butterflies on the body make inner change visible: transformation has already begun.
