MATTHEW inhabits the geometry of the Cyr wheel, but the work began with something larger than technique.
Inspired by Matthew Richardson, whose circus practice brings together beauty, vulnerability, inclusion and freedom, the sculpture looks at movement as a form of voice. Inside the wheel, body and apparatus become one image, held in constant negotiation with gravity and balance.
Physical discipline is visible, but it is not the final subject. What matters is what the body can communicate through that discipline: openness, authenticity and the right to occupy space without apology.
MATTHEW turns performance into more than spectacle. The body becomes a language, and movement becomes a way of challenging prejudice.

CARE & HANDMADE NATURE Each PORNOBUNNY artwork is individually produced and finished by hand. Minor variations, subtle irregularities and small imperfections are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects, but distinctive characteristics of each piece. To preserve the artwork, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity and extreme temperatures. Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth and handle with care. Due to the inherent properties of resin, paint and other materials, subtle variations in colour or surface may naturally occur over time.
